Installation Process

Now that you have decided on which home you are buying, the next step is the installation of the home.

Here you can learn about our installation process and how we work with our buyers to install their new home.

Feasbility Analysis

As part of the home buying process, we assist new manufactured and modular home buyers with a site feasibilty study to include:

  • Flood Zone and Wetland Delination
  • Surveys and Elevations
  • Zoning Requirements
  • Setback Requirements
  • Site Plan including Location of Utlities.

Site Plan

Once the feasibility study has been completed we can develop the site plan with the clients assistance.

We provide our clients with aerial photography and aerial videos that help our clients visualize the location of the new manufactured or modular home on their lot prior to delivery.

Permitting

After the site plan is finalized by the client we will apply for various permits.

Pre Delivery Conference Call

Communication is key during a construction project and we require a pre delivery conference call to include the client, project manager, setup crew, sales associate and field supervisor.

This call allows us to discuss the upcoming installation and anwer any questions the customer may have.

Project Updates

In order to keep open lines of communication with our clients we have partnered with JobTread which provides our clients the ability to get real time updates on the status of the new home installation.

Site Preparation

When your home permit has been issued and the pre delivery conference call has been completed the site preparation stage will begin.

Home Delivery

Once the home is completed at the factory the home is transported to the clients site to prepare for the installation of the home.

Monitored Job Site

We install cameras with shared access so that our clients can login and view the job site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Installation

After the home is delivered we schedule the subcontractors and call in for inspections.
