Feasbility Analysis

As part of the home buying process, we assist new manufactured and modular home buyers with a site feasibilty study to include:

  • Surveys and Elevations

  • Setback Requirements
  • Site Plan including Location of Utlities.

Site Plan

Once the feasibility study has been completed we can develop the site plan with the clients assistance.

We provide our clients with aerial photography and aerial videos that help our clients visualize the location of the new manufactured or modular home on their lot prior to delivery.

Permitting

After the site plan is finalized by the client we will apply for various permits.

Pre Delivery Conference Call

Site Preparation
