Coastal Craftsman
The Coastal Craftsman Exterior is standard on the Liberty Series and features white vinyl lineals with vertical board and batten siding over horizontal lap siding on the front door side only.
Claxton Manor Package - Upgrade
The optional Claxton Manor Elevation features vertical board and batten siding over horizontal siding on the front door side only as well as the following upgrades:
- 17' Dormer with Stained Gable Accent
- 6' Stained Lineal Window Trim IPO White Vinyl Lineal Trim

Waycross Elevation
The Standard Elevation for the Waycross Express Series features 1 dormer with horizontal siding.
Express Elevation
This Waycross Express Elevation is an optional upgrade on homes in the Waycross Express Series. The Express Elevation includes the following:
- An additional 10 ft dormer
- Cedar Shake Siding over Vertical Siding under each dormer
